Hi, I am moving to Auckland from Sydney to start my full-time Master of Information Technology (MIT) degree at the Auckland Institute of Studies (AIS). I am looking for a comfortable, clean, and friendly flat to call home during my studies.As a flatmate, I am mature, independent, and very respectful of shared spaces. I have lived in shared housing before, so I completely understand the importance of keeping the house clean, washing up after cooking, and respecting everyone’s privacy and quiet time.I am fully funded for my tuition and living expenses through an approved educational bank loan, so my rent and bills will always be paid reliably and exactly on time.When I am not studying or working on assignments, I enjoy a healthy, active lifestyle. I am always up for a friendly chat over coffee or sharing a meal with my flatmates, but I am equally happy resetting quietly in my own space.If you have a room available or want to team up to find a place, I would love to hear from you!

I will be more than happy to share flat with Nepali or Indian people or family. As I prefer to cook my own food and I don’t eat beef.
