I'm 29 years old. Working in the horse racing industry. Due to unfortunate circumstances in my current home. I am looking quite urgently for a place to move. I have two cats. They're both house trained. All their treatments are up to date. They're very well looked after. I love then like they're my children. I am a smoker. I do not smoke inside. If anything I smoke more at work or in my car. I am clean and tidy. Socially awkward so I don't do well in highly social flats. Love to garden and bake. I get up at 3am hopefully this isn't an issue. I'm considerate as i know it's a very early time for someone to be getting up in a flatting situation. I work every weekend as well so really only around home in between morning and afternoon shifts. Really hoping to find somewhere for myself and my two fur babies. 🙏

I dont mind sharing with anyone. Ill be honest though. I wouldn't get along with party people or late nighters due to the hours that I start I find it very hard in a flatting situation where there's always on goings during the night.
