I am a 22yr old Australian moving to Dunedin to study at Otago Polytechnic and am looking for a calm, friendly flat, ideally female-only. I’m easy-going and sociable, but definitely not a party gal, I prefer a relaxed, respectful home in a nice area, within walking distance (around 20 minutes) or an easy bus ride to campus.

My ideal flatting situation is with friendly people, who communicate well, and are considerate of noise and shared spaces, somewhere that feels like a safe space and is comfortable, rather than a party house.
