Moving back to NZ after 11 years in Germany and looking for a short-term place while my partner finishes up in Europe. Ex-smoker, have flatted before, and get on with most people. Pretty easy-going, quiet but friendly, and always happy to chat over a beer or coffee. Open minded and I love animals should there be any pets about. I work shifts, but my hours will be fairly predictable at first. I'm alright in the kitchen, clean up after myself and pay my bills on time. Off street parking a HUGE plus.

Relaxed and respectful atmosphere is all I'm worried about.
