My partner Josh and I are moving over from QLD Australia at the end of May and are looking for a place around then or the start of June. We are open to options (sharing with others or not), but would ideally love a granny flat or 1 bedroom place to call our own and make our own little sanctuary. Ideally a furnished place but totally ok if not. We plan on having 1 car so would need space for parking too. We're open to any area in Tauranga, because we would rather find the right place than have our heart set on a location. We are both Exercise Physiologists and pilates instructors, so we value and keep a healthy lifestyle - no parties, drinking or smoking/vaping, early to bed/rise etc. We can provide excellent rental history and work/professional referees if required. Outside of work, we love reading, running/gym, learning a new crochet skill, and adventuring/relaxing in nature! Please let us know if you or anyone you know has something suitable. We would be happy to FaceTime the owners/flatmates prior to moving for a meet and greet and virtual inspection.

If not a place to ourselves, we would prefer to share with only 1 other or 1 other couple. We would be keen to socialise and have games night at home but also respect each others space and need for down time, particularly during the work week.
