Hi, I’m Nana, 30 years old and originally from Berlin, Germany. I’m currently in Australia on a working holiday and will be arriving in Christchurch on October 27th and stay for 4 weeks. I’m looking for a furnished room in Christchurch Central City (CBD) around Victoria Street, Park Terrace, or southern Merivale. My budget is up to $300 per week. A little about myself: I’m clean, tidy, respectful and easy-going. I enjoy being outdoors, staying active and exploring new places in my free time. I also appreciate a relaxed, friendly and peaceful home environment. I work night shifts 4 times a week. I’m very mindful of keeping noise down when coming home late and have happily shared houses with people working regular daytime hours before. I’m looking for a clean place with a proper kitchen, ideally female only & sharing with no more than three other flatmates. I don’t need parking and I’m flexible about the bathroom setup. Looking forward to finding a lovely place to call home during my stay in Christchurch!

I'm looking for flatmates who are clean, tidy, respectful and considerate of others. Ideally, someone who has experience living in shared houses, respects personal space and communicates openly and maturely if any issues arise. I appreciate a peaceful home environment, so I'd prefer living with people who don't regularly host parties at home and only smoke outside. A friendly, relaxed atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and respects each other's boundaries is important to me.
