Hi there, My partner Jack and I are looking for a short-term place to stay for around 6-12 months. Our budget is up to $520 per week, ideally including Wi-Fi, power, and water. Jack works full-time, and I’m currently not working. We’re 21 and 24, tidy, respectful, and tend to keep to ourselves, though we’re always happy for a friendly chat. We’ll be moving out of our current place on the 31 of may , as we need to give three weeks’ notice. If we decide to take the place, we’re happy to pay $300 this week and $350 next week and the week after of $300 to go towards the bond and rent in advance—if we are interested in the room just to show we’re serious and won’t muck you around.
