I’m tidy, respectful, and value a calm, well-kept living environment. I enjoy an active, healthy lifestyle and appreciate a quiet, relaxed home. Finding the right long-term fit is important to me.   I’m looking for: A self-contained one-bedroom granny flat or studio - just for me (So, if you’re currently building that granny flat in your backyard and forward thinking on a tenant, keep me in mind!) OR, A spacious room with an ensuite in a tidy home, ideally with one or two other women (30+) A clean, well-maintained space (modern preferred) Room for a queen bedroom suite, which I need to bring with me If you think your place could be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
