29 years old, Single, full time worker, 9-5 Monday-Friday. Lived in West Auckland most of my life but am looking for a change of living scenery, so open to areas outside of West. I'm the Operations Manager for a small family business in West Auckland, high stress job so I like my home space to be as stress free as possible. I'm very relaxed, quiet, health focused, not a partier. I'm mindful and respectful of my space and others space. I spend more time with myself than not, but don't mind a relaxed social environment. I live minimally. I don't have much stuff and take up very little space in kitchen/fridge, bathroom, living spaces. Looking for a relaxed, safe space to call home for at least the next 12 months.

Ideally looking to live with a mature, relaxed flatmate who values a calm, tidy home environment. Someone who’s not a partier, respects personal space, and keeps shared areas clean. Happy co-existing independently, with the occasional friendly chat, and treats home as a place to unwind and reset.
