I’m a (just about) 20-year-old filmmaker originally from London, now living in Auckland to work in the New Zealand film industry. Most of my family are from here, so this has always felt like home (I'm also a New Zealand citizen). I live a focused and low-key lifestyle… I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs, and I spend most of my time at the gym, out filming, or editing. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. While I might be out late occasionally for work or social stuff, I never bring noise or parties home. I’ve got a car and film gear, so somewhere secure for my equipment would be ideal. I haven’t rented before, but I can provide character references and a guarantor if needed. I’m just looking for a relaxed, friendly flat with considerate people and good vibes.

Looking for flatmates in their 20s who are relaxed, respectful, and have their own interests going on... ideally creative types or just people who are into what they do. I don’t drink or do drugs and keep things pretty low-key at home, so I’d prefer a flat that’s not full-on party mode, but I’m not uptight about people going out or having fun. Just after a social, tidy environment where I can also keep my film gear safe.
