I’m an easygoing, respectful tenant who values a calm and well‑maintained home. I’m tidy with shared spaces, mindful of noise, and communicate openly and respectfully to ensure a positive living environment. I appreciate a good balance between social interaction and personal space, and I take responsibility seriously, always treating the property as if it were my own. I’m originally from the Philippines and have visited New Zealand several times. I’ll be working at The Hangar Catalina Bay from May or June 2026. I will be staying at Red beach from March -before moving to Hobsonville. I lead an active, outdoors‑focused lifestyle, enjoy recreational running, and am generally friendly, considerate, and reliable. I’m married, and my husband may visit for short stays of a couple of weeks around September. My role may also involve work travel for up to four weeks once or twice a year, during which the room would be unoccupied. I’m respectful of tenancy expectations and keen to be a responsible, long‑term tenant.

Looking for friendly, respectful flatmates and a relaxed home. No regular late‑night parties please, but happy with occasional get‑togethers — I’m social and easygoing too. Clean shared spaces, good communication, and mutual respect are important to me.
