Hi, my name is Alex. I am self employed and work from home with an online business. I don’t have any children or pets and I’m looking for a granny flat or small apartment as I’ve just relocated to Auckland from Australia. I’m friendly and quiet and prefer to stick to myself most of the time. Very considerate, open minded and diligent. My business is successful so I won’t have trouble with rent. I have been travelling overseas for 3 years and it’s time to land and ground for at least 6-12months. No car at this stage but happy to utilise Uber until I secure one after selling mine.
