Details about the unit: - $375 per week including the power, water, and Wi-Fi! - Fully furnished with a King Single bed, a desk, a wall-mounted display, and a dresser cabinet! - There are two bathrooms which are communal; meaning it is shared between 3 flat mates (who are very cool by the way!) - There is a big communal kitchen with a microwave, a 4-top induction cooker, a fridge, and utensils (no need to buy utensils, how cool!) - The lounge area is incredibly comfortable with two couches and one big armchair, as well as a TV you can connect your device to via screen mirroring and HDMI. - The apartment building itself hosts events with free food and amazing games! - It is incredibly close to universities and colleges (University of Auckland, Auckland University of Technology, UP International College, YOOBEE College) _ It is also close to transportation; buses are only a few minutes' walk away; the train station is a 15–20-minute walk
