Hiiii, we are looking for 1-2 females to join our flat in Manurewa East. We have two unfurnished rooms ready to move into. 🪷 The rooms are private, with good sized wardrobes and new carpet and paint. The house is on a back section, so is also private and quiet for being on a main road.🏡 Motorway - Manurewa/Hill Rd exit/onramp very close by. 1 min walk to bus stop and 9 min walk to train station. 🚍🚉 No smoking, vaping or pets. Please note there is a cat on property (very chilled out). $220 per week plus utilities (split bills) There are two flatmates living here so far, myself and another young working professional. We are both Christian women in our 20's and have busy schedules, but are always down for a chat.🗨️ We are fairly relaxed, and work together to keep the house clean and tidy for everyone's enjoyment.
