Our flattie is leaving us so we’ve got a room available from the 17th August. Weekly rent is $275 plus bills You’ll be moving into a new build so extra warm and the room has a ton of afternoon sun. There is a two door built-in wardrobe with shelving and drawers so loads of room for a queen bed, desk, drawers (and plants). The room is on the top floor with 2 others and the second lounge. The master bedroom with our fabulous Interior Architect has its own en-suite so you’ll be sharing the bathroom with only one other. We are located right next to 75 & 650 bus routes, a 2 minute walk to Remuera village shops and a 5 minute drive to Meadowbank shopping centre. Ideally we are looking for a clean, reliable and friendly person who enjoys the occasional flat dinner and games. We’ve created a little zen vibe so a big partier won’t be a good mix with us, but a drink or two after work never goes amiss. Preferably for someone at a similar age 27+ who is a working professional.
