The sunniest spot in the house! The room gets all day sun and features a huge double wardrobe with top shelf storage. The room can come furnished if needed with a bed (brand new mattress purchased, bed frame, chest of drawers, and side table for $350. Can be unfurnished if preferred.

You'll be sharing the house with three other girls, all in their late 20s to early 30s + our old gal Ragdoll cat Tikka. We all work full-time and enjoy beach walks, surfing and cooking in our spare time.
