Summer room available on the Point England/ Panmure border from Monday 17th November to the 25th February, with some flexibility if you only need it for part of that period. The room is a comfortable medium-sized room with space for a queen bed, desk and extra furniture without feeling cramped. It has a built-in wardrobe and I’ll be leaving the bed base there. Mattress not included. The house is a modern new-build in a really nice spot on Riverside Ave, directly opposite a large reserve and the Tāmaki Estuary. It’s a quiet area with plenty of open space and walking paths nearby. The room doesn’t have an ensuite, but the other two bedrooms that normally use the same bathroom will be vacant over summer, so you would effectively have the bathroom to yourself. Rent is $180 per week, with bills typically around $20 per week for utilities, although these can vary slightly.

Modern 5-bedroom new-build townhouse on the Point England / Panmure border, directly opposite a large reserve and the Tāmaki Estuary. The house is only around two years old and is modern, warm and well kept, with an open-plan kitchen and living area and plenty of shared space. The reserve and waterfront walking paths are right across the road, so the area feels open and quiet while still being close to Panmure, shops and public transport. There are three bathrooms in the house, and the overall setup works well for a larger flat. The house is generally clean, relaxed and respectful rather than a party flat.
