5 min walk from the city centre, 10 min from Grey street, with the luxury of being quite quiet. Little road noise. Easy access to river paths and park. Looking for someone relatively clean. This is not a party flat, but do enjoy occasional get togethers. Bedroom is very large at 4.35 x 3.85m. Easily fit a King or Queen bed and a desk. The room also has a small closet. Extra space can be found in the dressing room which will be shared. There is room for storage/other shared spaces if needed. 2 toilets, including one in a shared bathroom with the shower. Fibre internet. Utilities split and willing to work for a good deal.
Flatmates
Friendly, clean and enjoys having people over. I like nature, cooking, brewing, photography and gardening (sometimes). I work as a lab tech and cycle to work most days. Pretty straightforward and understanding.
Preferred Flatmates
Professional or student. Reasonably tidy, this is not a party flat. Looking for someone responsible and willing to contribute, who doesn't mind people over every now and again. Good communication.

Older house with large bedrooms and tall ceilings. Spare rooms have hobbies and storage space if needed. There is also a dressing room with a closet for hanging clothes that can be shared. The front of the house has a tiny lawn with various plants grown for food and leasure, enough to play in the garden a little. There is a back area, outside, where clothes can be hung out, but the lawn and front deck work quite well also. Kitchen does well for it's size. House is quite cosy with how I have furnished it. Fibre internet.
This house is very local to city centre, Grey street, Parana park, Claudelands and the river trail.
