We are looking for a third roommate , preferably a female but open to a male. The house is located on the outskirts of Matamata on a small lifestyle block. Grazing for a horse is available for the right person. We are 2 girls aged 23 - 26 and we both work in the horse industry. We would ideally want someone of similar age who is clean and respectful. Ideally no pets as I already have a wee kitten 🐈‍⬛ You must have a full time job and be able to easily pay all bills. Previous renting experience is ideal and references would be even better. Room is a decent size with a large closet. As seen in photos, it fits a queen bed very comfortably. We have a large living area and kitchen. The bathroom will be shared between you and one other flatmate. - Rent is $185 per week (other bills are paid separately) - Power is around $60 per month - Gas is $54 every 1-2 months - Wifi is $21 per month

We are looking for a third roommate , preferably a female as we have generally been a girls flat. The house is located on the outskirts of Matamata and is a small lifestyle block, so it’s very quiet and relaxed. We do have people over everyday, generally at night to tend to their horses that live here. One flatmate works full time and is home at night and the other is part time and is home during the day. We are a very quiet and tidy household as I work at 5am every morning so I go to bed early and appreciate the household being quiet at night. We would like someone who will clean up after themselves as we keep a very clean home and take pride in its appearance. Preferably someone who had a full time job also
