The sunniest room in the house with a double wardrobe. The room includes a queen sized bed if needed, but if needed we can store it away. If the blue is too much we can ask the landlords if we can paint it too. You have a view of the trees and Whau river, with the skytower in the background.

I did an visual arts degree and now I am a parachute maker! I still do alot of painting in the art room in the flat, but on a sunny day im at the skatepark doing aggressive inline (skatepark style rollerblading). I also love a good summer beach day.
Sam (37)
Sam is a skilled drummer who loves a good jam sesh, he also rides BMX and skateboards. He can do a backflip on his bike!
We are a chill couple that spend alot of time at the skatepark, beach, or getting creative.
Pets:
We have a mischievous cat - Billie the bully, and a Lizard - King J (King Julien)

Ideally you are chill, decently tidy, similar age, and reliable. If you share similar hobbies to us that's also a bonus.

Sunny 2 story home with a back and front yard with a feijoa and lime tree. The estuary walkway bridge is right across the road and has a launch for kayaks and small boats! The house has a large lounge and separate kitchen/dining that opens out onto the deck area. The main bathroom has a bath and rain head shower, and there is a second toilet located by the laundry. There is a garage/music cave downstairs for you to store things if needed, or to jam with Sam who is a drummer :)

Neighborhood & Community
Safe and friendly neighborhood - halloween was chaos with hundreds of trick or treaters and I have heard they do christmas street drinks. Very communal and friendly. Without traffic: 15min drive to cbd, 8min to Henderson for trains and shopping, countdown and takeaways are just up the road (15min walk or 5min drive). We are super close to the onramps so getting around auckland is easy.
