Hey I am 35 years old. I live a fairly quiet life and try to keep a tidy organised house. I don’t party or drink like a 20 year old anymore but always happy to have a bbq and a few beers with friends or family on the weekends, but like to keep it quiet during the week.
I enjoy nature, going for walks, and skateboarding. I don’t do these as much as I should though.
I work in building and construction so I’m very handy at fixing things and always enjoy helping people.
Preferred Flatmates
The main thing I’m looking for is someone who is tidy and can clean up after themselves as well as help share the communal space cleaning. Other than that just being a friendly person.
I would like someone who doesn’t mind socialising and sharing the common spaces so we can build some form of friendship whilst living together, maybe share a meal every now and again. But happy if you mainly want to keep to yourself.
