Prefer working professional , working hoilday visa or student. A spacious 3.3m x 3.3m double bedroom with built in wardrobe is up for grabs. Parking available at the property. Always bright and sunny living room with spacious front and back yards. You can always have your privacy at this place. Single bed, bedside table, lamp provided. Shared Bathroom. Back yard is on looking to private greenery. Not a party house. We enjoy socializing but keep personal space too. 5 min drive to Glen Eden town centre, restaurants, train station, FreshChoice and other amenities. $260 - Utility Bills included(Power, Water, Gas, WiFi) Parrs Park and local reserves are just around the corner. Titirangi town center is 8 mins and beaches are 15 mins away. Please get in touch and we will be happy to show you around. Move in cost is 1 weeks bond + 1 week rent in advance. Stay time flexible, although long term preferred.
