We are seeking flatmates to live with us in our newly renovated house just outside whatawhata, and 15 minutes from Hamilton. 2 rooms available, $200 P/wk plus expenses. We are a couple of young professionals in our late 20s/early 30s, and maintain a tidy, peaceful household. The house is fully double glazed, has two heatpumps, is situated atop a hill with scenic rural views, and we have a home gym setup in the garage. The house has 2 bathrooms, so you would only be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The two rooms available are sized for a double bed and furniture, with reasonable sized wardrobes (see pictures).
