In your late 20s – mid 30s and looking for a flat because buying a house in Auckland feels impossible? Come join our flat in Flat Bush/Mission Heights – available now. -ROOM- Good size (approx 3.5m x 3.2m) with built-in double wardrobe and plenty of sunlight. Easily fits a queen bed, drawers and desk. You will be sharing bathroom with one other $230 incl. expenses (gas, water, power, unlimited fibre internet, cleaning products, lawns). Gas means we never run out of hot water, great in winter! Bond is $720. -VIEWINGS- If interested, please send a description of yourself and we will be in touch if you sound like a good fit. -ABOUT US- 3 females and 1 male all in our early 30s working full time (Kelsey - Marketing, Sam - Automotive, Mae – Admin, Chloe - Automotive). We’re social but also enjoy our own space. Two friendly cats (Felix - will try to convince you he hasn't been fed, and Spyro - likely to snuggle with you once he is comfortable) We occasionally hang out watching shows like MAFS, I’m a Celeb and The Traitors, and judge each other’s Uber Eats orders. Not a party house but open to flat hangs. To keep things fair and the flat clean, we have a rotating cleaning roster. -ABOUT YOU- Ideally late 20s to mid 30s, previous flatting experience, clean, keen to stay long term, after a chill flat, friendly. Ideally works Monday - Friday. No night shift. Lgbtqia+ individuals are welcome. No smokers, couples or pets (Spyro and Felix will happily accept cuddles and pats) due to tenancy restrictions. -HOUSE- Fully furnished with 2 heat pumps to keep warm in winter.
