I have a new townhouse in Panmure that is very close to Panmure Basin and Panmure town centre! I have a room available Monday 17th November! We are open to viewings now! 🏡The House: 🛏️ Room ($300 for single, couple price $380): ✅ Only room bottom floor ✅ Double wardrobe and ensuite ✅ Patio to yourself bottom floor There’s a spare bedroom on the top floor that will be used for any guests that may come and stay for an odd night when they are in town (like family etc) The rest of the house will be fully furnished so you just need to furnish your room! Unfortunately there is not any carparks available off street. 💲Expenses: Internet is free (will be $6 per week afterwards) for the next 3 months! (Water & Power looking like roughly $25 per week)
