Female Flatmate Wanted 1 room available in a 3 bedroom flat in the Mount Roskill/Hillsborough area! Move in asap Rent: $260 p/w Bond: $1040 Bills are split evenly each month as they come (electricity, wifi, water and lawn gets mowed every few weeks) + fridge/washine machine rental ($5 split each week). Chores are on a weekly rotation and split cost for cleaning items. The room will come unfurnished but it can easily fit a double bed, nightstand, desk, drawers, mirror and comes with a spacious double wardrobe. There is also some extra storage in the laundry room if needed! One bathroom shared between everyone.
