New build 4 bedroom house in Rolleston. Bathroom would be predominantly yours, shared only with guests. It's $300 + bills and $600 bond. The other option is to rent out another bedroom which would decrease rent for everyone. Yours would be $200 + bills and bond but you'd be sharing the bathroom.
Flatmates
I'm fairly quiet, work full-time, sometimes WFH, like to just relax after work. Catch up with friends/family on the weekend or just chill at home.
There will be a mini schnauzer that visits/stays occasionally. He isn't barky, is well behaved, and just wants to be everyones friend.
