2 Rooms Available, in a four-bedroom house, the master room, and a double spare. Flatting with two other males and a doggo in an established house. The house is getting updates gradually, with these rooms being done currently. Both of the rooms are available effectively immediately, and are priced below, depending on being couples or not. Costs such as power, internet, and house necessities are paid separately and not included in rent. Master Room: Single Person $220 pw Couple $280 pw Bedroom #2: Single Person $185 pw Couple $240 pw **Both rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. If you require furnishings, they will be itemised as extra chattels covered by the bond in your agreement. Ideally, we are looking for clean, like-minded people to us, relaxed, easy-going, don't mind being social, and are willing to do their fair share choring. It's a work-hard, play-hard environment here. We both work, study, socialise, and game. I work remotely from home to other time zones. The other is working in security. Although we try to be respectful of each other, this does mean high chances of midnight disturbance in the house. The doggo is a fully trained, medium-large breed, inside dog.
