We (couple 50's) personally are not in residence apart from when repairs and maintenance are needed and the occasional thing which we have on in Auckland. So there would mostly be four full time flat mates and two ad hoc (us).
We have one other Spanish flat mate (Toni) who is here until December. We will also be looking for one - two other flat mates but we bear the expenses' costs until they are found.

We are looking for 2-3 more flat mates for our 5 bedroom place. The property is an old villa with 4 large and one smaller bedroom (190p/w).
Very close to both train and bus. Parking is on the street.
The Kingsland shops and eateries are 10-15 min walk. St Luke's mega centre is around 20 mins walk. Morningside shops and gyms are around 5 mins or less.
We live out of town, so most of the time it will only be up to 4 flatmates.
We have a small private garden and a large covered patio area. The garden is a bit overgrown at the moment but we have plans to replant it and bring some order to it over the next couple of weeks ready for summer.
Additional costs are $30 per week for power, water, internet, and some flat supplies. The amount of flat supplies is determined from the left over, if any, from utilities bills. Supplies includes cleaning products bathroom and kitchen consumables.
