Hi! We have a large bedroom available from 1st August in a spacious, modern home based in Morrinsville. You’ll be living with two girls in our early/mid-20s who both work full-time. We’re very tidy, respectful, and love keeping the house feeling warm, cosy, and welcoming. We’re looking for a female housemate of a similar age (although we’d potentially consider a couple) who works full-time, is clean, respectful, reliable, and will be a great fit for our home and it’s relaxed and girly vibe. It’s definitely not a party house, but we’d love someone who’s happy to be social around the home from time to time - think movie nights, board games, the occasional shared meal, or just a chat after work. Equally, we all appreciate that full-time work can be exhausting, so there’s absolutely no pressure to be social all the time. Whether you feel like hanging out or having a quiet night to yourself, we just want everyone to feel comfortable and at home🤍 The house is fully furnished, with only the bedroom left for you to make your own. You’ll have exclusive use of the main bathroom, which is also available for occasional guests. The room available is labelled as a “living room” on the floor plan. Our current flatmate has used this room as a bedroom for the past 12+ months and has found it works really well. It’s a large room with plenty of space and offers a comfortable, private retreat within the home. Please note, it does not have an internal wardrobe.
