Looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home? We have a large room available in a near-new, spacious home in the sought-after Lockerbie subdivision in Morrinsville. The house is fully furnished, with only the bedroom left for you to make your own. You’ll have exclusive use of the main bathroom, which is also available for occasional guests. The room available is labelled as a “living room” on the floor plan. Our current flatmate has used this room as a bedroom for the past 12+ months and has found it works really well. It’s a large room with plenty of space and offers a comfortable, private retreat within the home. Please note, it does not have an internal wardrobe. You’ll be sharing with a friendly, easy-going couple who both work full-time.
