Is currently fully furnished (including a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk, chair, 2 x lamps, mirror) but can be available as an empty room if you prefer. What you get: - electricity (for all energy needs including hot water, heating, & cooking); - access to ‘ultimate unlimited’ Wi-Fi; - access to Netflix & Amazon Prime; - use of household appliances, kitchen cutlery, crockery, utensils etc; - access to washing machine, dryer, & soap powder; - access to toilet paper, hand soap, & cleaning products; - access to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk etc. and other common base kitchen essentials such as salt & pepper, rice, flour, cooking oil etc. - regular general cleaning of shared areas of the house is taken care of for you, including bathroom & toilet. Just need to keep your own room clean & tidy, as well as the kitchen (when you are cooking for yourself); - regular household rubbish disposal is taken care of; - regular maintenance of the lawns & gardens is taken care of, keeping the property looking and feeling nice. All of the above is inclusive for $245 per week (unfurnished); or $255 (fully furnished). This cost does not include any meals or any other food. Bond can be paid over several paydays if needed.
