Price is in NZ dollar - it shows me British pounds for some reasons :) We’re 3 respectful and friendly guys (no singles / all in a couple) and we’re looking preferably for a girl to balance the genders out – however, gender is not a dealbreaker :) We’re keeping our house clean and that’s what we’ll expect from you too - no outdoor shoes inside, solid cleaning habits, no food in the (bed)room. If you’re happy with this, you’re welcome to come over to see us, chat over a cup of tea, and you’ll see if you like the place. My girlfriend will most likely be here as well for the viewing.
