Looking for a peaceful stress-free home? We have a single furnished room available in a spacious 3 bedroom house, located right opposite a beautiful park reserve. Rent is $245 per week Expenses: +$30 per week. This covers EVERYTHING: Unlimited WiFi, Power, Water, and regular professional clean of all common areas. You'll be sharing the kitchen, bathroom and living areas with 2 other friendly flatmates. Location: Massey/Royal Heights. Super close to motorway (5 mins), bus stops (2 mins), Costco and shopping centres. Fully fenced section that is right across from a huge reserve - perfect for walks and relaxing.
