A cat lover is a bonus! *Rent is $250 pw + share of bills (approx. $100 pm). 1 weeks rent and $500 bond in advance. Lease term is flexible. *Option to share groceries and cooking. I like to cook and eat most things. My BBQ gets a lot of use. *Located in a safe and quiet cul-de-sac with parking spaces available in the street. There is only one parking space in the driveway. *Between Trentham and Wallaceville stations. 20 min walk to Wallaceville station and bus stops.
