This is a great quiet location but is only about 100 metres off Mt Eden Rd to a bus stop and a 5 minute walk to the shops. The room you will have is large and comes with a set of 8 drawers (bed not included) and double wardrobe with cupboards above. The room would fit a queen bed, a desk and a comfy chair. A bonus is a lockable garage for your car, bike or for storage. The kitchen is well equipped and has a large fridge freezer and there's both a washing machine and drier in the separate laundry. The living area is a good size and is light and sunny. I am a friendly, respectful, quiet living mid 30's 'girl' who likes to keep a clean and tidy home. I have a shy cat so if for any reason you are not a cat person this may not be the place for you! It's not a party house though I am not averse to the odd quiet glass of wine! Please no smokers or vapers. The room is available from March 24th. Rent is $300 per week plus share of power and water. Bond 2 weeks rent.

There are many community and sports groups on offer, an active tennis club in Poronui St. Maungawhau Mt Eden is in walking distance and you can climb the mountain and see expansive views of the City.
