Three bedroom, two bathroom house built in 2021 down a long driveway on a safe and quiet street, five minute walk to the beach! 🌊 Current flatmates are two 28 year old women who both work full time, friendly peaceful vibe around home, not a party house but will definitely have friends over for wines/dinner from time to time but mainly we’re both busy bees and value our quiet time.☺️ The Room Your room is a double bedroom with a queen bed, bedside table and shelves. Large internal wardrobe. The furnishings can easily be removed if you have your own things 🙂 Bathroom The main bathroom is very spacious with heaps of storage space in the vanity and on the shelves. Big free standing bath. Seperate toilet. You’ll only be sharing the bathroom with other female flatmate ☺️ Large heated towel rail and heater. The house Built in 2021 the house is double glazed and very well insulated. Spacious lounge, two couches and a TV, Netflix. Kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of pantry space for you. Single garage with lots of storage space. Outside we have a beautiful big deck, so good for summer. ☀️ Location Central New Brighton. 5 min walk to the beach/pier/shops/pub. Down a long driveway so extra safe but already on a very quiet and drama free road. Only a 15min drive into the middle of the city, five minute walk to beach, 1 minute walk to Avon river pathway, plenty of walks / green space around. Bus stop just down the road. Us and who we are looking for We are both 28, one of us works Mon-Fri in the city during the day and sometimes in the evenings. The other one works full time with Air New Zealand as a pilot, very random days/hours and can be away from the house between 1-2 nights a week. We’re very chill and like a peaceful relaxing atmosphere at home, we do our own thing with food, one of us vegan. We don’t have cleaning schedules - we just live as clean mature adults who just know how to keep a place tidy and we pride ourselves on constantly having this. High standard of cleanliness would be expected from next flatmate too 🙂 We are looking for another professional working female.
