Room Available in Modern New Brighton House ☀️ Looking for another female to join us between the age of 26-32. Available - now $230 a week inclusive of all bills. Double bedroom in modern house in New Brighton. 10 min walk to the beach. 12-15 min drive to the city, bus stops nearby. Close to local shops, takeaways, gym etc. The room is unfurnished but if this was a deal breaker a queen bed could be put in the room. Living with a 28 and 25 year old women, both working full time, looking for someone similar, friendly and easy going, up for a chat/drink. Must be working full time. We are Burn & Nina! Burn is the homeowner, 28 years old, works full time with Air New Zealand as pilot. Quite a busy / random schedule, can be away some nights with work. When not at work will usually be surfing, hitting the gym, reading a book, travelling, going out for dinners with friends and enjoying a wine at home. Nina is 25, from Scotland, has lived in Christcurch for the last year and a half, works full time in the city in the afternoons/evenings. Very social/busy and is maximising her time in New Zealand, having lots of fun. We’re both very easy going, enjoy a chat and a laugh about whatever’s going on in our lives currently! We’d love another happy and sociable female to join us in the house, someone who we can sometimes share a coffee or drink with sometimes but also values each others space and quiet time. No awkwardness around here! Bond - two weeks rent.

Us and who we are looking for We are both 28, one of us works Mon-Fri in the city during the day and sometimes in the evenings. The other one works full time with Air New Zealand, very random days/hours and can be away from the house between 1-3 nights a week. We’re very chill and like a peaceful relaxing atmosphere at home, we do our own thing with food, one of us vegan. We don’t have cleaning schedules - we just live as clean mature adults who just know how to keep a place tidy and we pride ourselves on constantly having this. The house Built in 2021 the house is double glazed and very well insulated. Spacious lounge, two couches and a TV, Netflix. Kitchen has a dishwasher and plenty of pantry space for you. Single garage with lots of storage space. Outside we have a beautiful big deck, so good for summer. ☀️ Location Central New Brighton. 5 min walk to the beach/pier/shops/pub. Down a long driveway so extra safe but already on a very quiet and drama free road. Only a 15min drive into the middle of the city, five minute walk to beach, 1 minute walk to Avon river pathway, plenty of walks / green space around. Bus stop just down the road.
