Flatmate Wanted - Rotorua
Flatmate wanted/room available for rent in Rotorua. Three bedroom home owned by a young couple (female 25 and male 29) who both work shift work as first responders. There is one dog that lives at the property but does not come inside. Property is fully fenced with off street parking available. The house is fully furnished as well as the bedroom available, however can clear the bedroom out if you wish to bring your own furniture. Property has a spa pool and unlimited WiFi. The cost per week will be $300 which includes all bills so there will be no extra costs at the end of the month, Wifi + power is included in that $300. The only other expense will be purchasing own groceries. Security camera system in place which covers entire property and all parking areas.
