I’m looking for a working professional to join myself and one other female in a 3 bedroom home in Melville! (Preferably in their 20s) House is currently being renovated. (Fresh paint, new carpet & new bathroom going in) Room will be available next month but happy to discuss. 🙂 Rent: $270 per week. Includes power internet water Unfurnished room. (Will have curtains put up) Shared bathroom. Looking for someone tidy, respectful of shared spaces, easy going and independent. Not a party home but ok with a few social gatherings. Perks: Large back & front yard Plenty of parking close to hospital and shopping outlets & wintec.
