Depending on vehicle I may be able to arrange an onsite carpark for a small weekly cost. Prefer short term 1-3 month stays but happy to discuss longer options with right person.

Other occupant is a well travelled professional male in 50s. Enjoy bike riding, walking, tennis, squash, cooking, occasional drinks, Bbqs. Not a party house, and respect for each others privacy welcomed.
Preferred Flatmates
My ideal flatmate is respectful, has a good job and knows how to keep their space clean. Happy to share odd meal/ wine etc but at times will do my own think like you. Hopefully you like BBQs because I have two :)

This is not a cold apartment as has heater in main room and facing west it receives full afternoon sun.
