Looking for a flatmate in Drury (Bremner road) $230 per person including utilities 😊 A double bed is provided (can be taken out if you want to bring your own) 🛏️ You’ll be sharing the largest bathroom in the house with only 1 other person. 🚽 Bought this new build, modern house on Feb and loving it so far! 🌼 House is next to the motorway Drury train station opening this year which is only a few mins drive away 🚆 Town centre opening in the future as well! Area has a cafe, dog park, running track and playground! Nice place to take a walk! We are all very tidy and laidback people! The shared spaces (kitchen and living) are all clutter free, and as you can see we like to maintain a minimalistic environment in the house. We are looking for the same like-minded people.
