Kia ora everyone, we’re looking for someone to join our flat in early April. About the Room: - Double sized room - big enough for a double bed, a desk and small furniture - Room is unfurnished- perfect for you to make it your own - Double Wardrobe - plenty of storage - Shared bathroom with one female - Rent is $210 per week (excluding bills) - Bills are shared each month approximately $70- $80 a month (include wifi, gas and electricity) - Bond of 1 week + 1 week in advance (total move in cost $420) - Move in early April About the flat: - 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located off Knighton Road. - Sunny, open-plan kitchen/living/dining area (fully furnished) - 2 fridges (no fighting for shelf space!), microwave, air fryer, dishwasher - Washing machine & dryer - Plenty of on street parking available - 4 flatmates (3 male, 1 female), aged 23–28 - A mix of working professionals and students - We’re friendly and sociable but also respect each other’s space. The vibe is calm, clean, and considerate. We’re happy to have friends over or the occasional gathering — as long as everyone is respectful of the house.
