We have a private Double room available with plenty of wardrobe space and a private balcony directly off the room. The room gets good natural sunlight and comes partially furnished with a king single bed. The main bathroom is shared with one female.
Flatmates
You’ll be sharing the home with 3 others, 1 couple and another girl. We’d ideally love to balance the house with another male flatmate, but we’re open to anyone who feels like the right fit.
We’re a friendly, easy-going household that enjoys a good chat, a laugh, and spending time together, while also respecting everyone’s own space and downtime. The vibe is relaxed, respectful, and cosy, so it's perfect for someone who wants a home, not just a room.
Bills are split fairly at the end of each month.
Preferred Flatmates
We’re looking for someone like-minded who will fit naturally into the home. We’re easy-going, friendly people who enjoy socialising, having a laugh, and spending time together, while still respecting each other’s space and downtime.
Ideally, we’d love someone who wants more than just a room, someone who enjoys being part of a home. And of course, if you’re a cat person, Ziggy will happily help you settle in.

The property is modern, fresh, and well looked after, with plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. It stays nice and warm during the colder months.
The location is very convenient, with grocery stores, local shops, and public transport close by. The train station is nearby, making it an easy commute into the CBD for anyone working or studying in the city. Street parking is limited, but there is usually parking available.
The home has a relaxed, respectful, and fun feel, so it would suit someone with a similar energy looking for that same vibe for their next home.
We also have a cat, Ziggy, who is very much part of the household. He pays his rent in cuddles and love 😉 If you’re not a cat person, this may sadly not be the right home for you.
