Hi Auckland Flat Hunters! We're looking for a flatmate to join us in Flat Bush, East Auckland. We have a 3.1m x 2.8m room available, $178 rent per week, $543 for bond and expenses are roughly $30 a week. (Bond is 4 weeks original rent total evenly split between each flatmate) Additional Costs: Power, Internet, Water, Gas is split evenly to roughly $30 per week Rent is paid 1 week in advance Utilities are split after we receive the bill (~1 week after it is paid) There are 4 of us already here (3 males and 1 female) and we are looking for our 5th flatmate. We're friendly young professionals, average age about 28. We're close friends who enjoy spending lots of time in the shared areas together, playing music and practicing martial arts together like kickboxing and grappling. We love to go on trips as a flat down to the park to skate and play basketball. We also go rock climbing, camping, swimming and every now and then laser tag. The house has 4 bedrooms, an open lounge area and deck and we have a home gym and reasonable large backyard. Nearby we have Barry Curtis Park and the new Ormiston mall. Extra mentions: Our landlord unfortunately doesn't allow us to have pets. We have two driveway spots in front of the house also. If any of that sounds like your jam we'd love to hear from you!
