FLATMATE WANTED. We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our home. Our double room is good for couple, single or 2 female who are willing to share in the room is fine. We are looking for someone who is working full-time, clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. Preferably for long term and pays the rent on time. Non smoker and no pets allowed. Couple is $350 per week and single is $250 per week. Weekly rent includes internet, as well as reasonable use of power and water. Payment of 2 weeks bond and 1 week advance is required prior to move in. Our house is conveniently located to shopping centre, hospital, and schools. ✅ 24/7 Security camera inside the house premises. ✅ Fully furnished rooms. ✅ Very close to Gate Pa shopping center, Fraser cove shopping center, Tauranga Hospital, Schools, and Greerton. ✅ Walking distance to bus stop. ✅ Just few minutes drive to Tauriko, Mount, and Papamoa. ✅ Heaps of parking available within the property or street parking in a safe, quite, and private cul de sac street.
