Flatmates
2 current flatmates that are tidy, can be lively on the weekends but will ensure to let everyone know. We are friendly and sociable but are happy to do their own thing. There’s also a medium-sized dog in the residence that can be energetic but also quite calm once she gets to know you, but be sure to keep the front door closed at all times as she can be a runner she’s a track star.
Preferred Flatmates
We are open to anyone as long as you’re respectful and tidy. Whether you’re an introvert, wanting to do your own thing or an extrovert, who doesn’t mind a couple of drinks and join in on activities during the week/end. Being tolerable to a dog in the flat is a must though.

We have 2 rooms available in our 2 storey back house. The flat is nestled in a friendly and vibrant neighbourhood, located in central Lower Hutt!
You’ll find our flat fully furnished. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, cooking appliances, and fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and fridge. We have 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. There’s also a washer/dryer, and a 5 minute drive to a laundry mat if preferred.
Nearby amenities include local shops, parks and public transport; 4 minute drive to Queensgate, 2 minute walk to Woburn train station and a 6 minute walk to the bus stops.
Along with 2 flatmates there is also a dog in the house as well.
