Room 1 - $220 pw Downstairs room with a bathroom just outside the room, plenty of natural light and great wardrobe space. Room 2 - $255 pw Upstairs bedroom with an ensuite with toilet and shower. Again, plenty of natural light but slightly bigger than the downstairs room with same wardrobe space. The House: 5 Bedroom new build located in Mount Wellington located right next to the motorway and Sylvia Park, street parking available. 4 house shared driveway. About us: We are 3 young professionals in our mid to late 20s, we love to hang out after work on weekdays and weekends, we have a nice big lounge and outdoor area that is always in use. We are looking for two young professionals around similar age, ideally two friends either guys or gals. Move in date is mid April.
